**Phase 6 - Q4 2024: Adoption and Expansion**

Development:

1. Bot Improvements and Utility Expansion:
   * Release new utilities beyond the bot, integrating tools for DeFi security, privacy enhancements.
2. Partnership Integrations:
   * Continue building partnerships, focusing on security-based collaborations and integrations with DeFi platforms.
3. User Feedback Integration:
   * Implement systems for gathering real-time feedback and improving existing features based on user suggestions.

Marketing:

1. Sales Team Development:
   * Build and scale the sales team focused on onboarding high-value crypto groups and DeFi projects.
   * Focus on premium service upselling for larger communities and institutions.
2. Rebranding and Website Launch:
   * Finalize the rebranding, positioning the platform as more than just a bot service.
   * Launch a redesigned website with updated messaging, new utilities, and enhanced onboarding flow.

**Phase 7 - Q1 2025: Revenue Growth and Global Reach**

Development:

1. Revenue Sharing Models:
   * Expand revenue-sharing models for groups and communities that adopt the bot.
   * Develop tiered subscription models for accessing premium services.
2. New Product Development:
   * Expand into new areas of security, including wallet-level privacy tools and additional DeFi-related functionalities.
3. Defender Bot Premium Features:
   * Add premium features like enhanced analytics, advanced group management tools, and privacy configurations for sensitive groups.
